We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions described below.

2 — How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@thomaspotter.uk with the email address used for purchase and your reason.

3 — On approval

If your refund is approved, your access to associated course materials will be immediately revoked.

4 — Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted when there is evidence that course materials have been downloaded and shared or distributed. This constitutes misuse and voids refund rights.
